BITRACE: Cryptocurrency to finance Tunisia Racing F1 City

It is a huge motor sport complex that could be released in Tunisia. The Tunisia Racing F1 City is seeking to obtain the FIA Grade 1 to organize a Grand Prix. The project will be done if the cryptocurrency financing reaches its objectives.

The animated images of the project locate the circuit 80 km from the capital, Tunis, and 30 km further south of Hammamet. A real tourist attraction, as the complex was designed to be a haven dedicated to motorsport.

Cryptocurrency to help motor circuits?
The peculiarity of the project lies in its totally original, new and modern way of financing. Indeed, the project will be committed through an ICO (Initial Coin Offering), a fundraising via digital assets. These, called Token (tokens) are exchangeable for cryptocurrency during the project start phase.

This "collaborative" financing is organized by Bitrace Investments LTD, a London-based investment company. Bitrace Investments LTD is developing the Racing City Racing Tunisia project. It consists of hotel buildings, restaurants, an island and a sports complex incorporating a Formula 1 circuit.

Bitrace LTD has successfully concluded an agreement with BDSwiss Holding PLC to allow its investors (Bitrace Buyers) to trade stocks, currencies, commodities and cryptocurrencies. The Bitrace is symbolized BRF. The total chip offer is 1,000,000,000 Bitrace for the presale starting on January 25, 2018 and ending on February 25, 2018. Bitrace has a target equal to 220,000,000 BRF or equivalent to $ 3,000,000.

Among the personalities found in the Bitrace project are CEO Khaled Akid. Chadoux Zouiten is the CEO of Tunisia Racing F1 City, André Diviès is quoted among the advisors (former Director of Circuit Nogaro and Vice-President of the FFSA).

The state-of-the-art Formula 1 circuit should form the center of a gigantic leisure park in the Tunisian city of Hammamet. According to Motorsport-Total.com, the project, which is going to be called Tunisia Racing F1 City, will cost around 500 million dollars.

However, that money is not only spent on the Formula 1 circuit. The job must be surrounded by hotels, restaurants, football and tennis stadiums, a golf course, a shopping center, a technology park and various holiday parks. KJ Holdings hopes to raise 40 percent of the required amount through an IPO and the rest must come from an investment model. The delivery should take place somewhere after 2021.

If this project is successful, it will confirm a new way of investing. The fund-raising by the cryptocurrency of this future Tunisian Grand Prix, would encourage other projects of the same size.
